Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique that works to harmonise or bring into balance the total you:
physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

It promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch that also promotes healing.
 

As a Reiki master, I will use gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy (what’s known in Reiki as “life force energy”) through your body to reduce stress and promote healing. 

This is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.
If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress,
and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Reiki + Subtle Body Healing

This is a beautiful way to connect back to yourself and restore your energy and essence.

Our session will begin with an open hearted conversation over herbal tea to have a clear understanding of what brought you to me and allow you to settle into my space.

This is an intuitive session and may consist of all or many of the following;

Smudging, Reiki, Subtle Body Healing, Marma Point Massage, Crystals, tarot/oracle cards, sound bowls, essential oils, flower essences and mantra may all be used throughout this session depending on your preferences and what will come through on the day.

Our session will conclude with a chat about anything that may have come up for you during the treatment over tarot, tea and treats.

These sessions are available by appointment at my home studio in Aspley.

Thursdays + Fridays
Mornings at 9.30am or Afternoons at 1pm
(Can be flexible with times) 

Cost:

$75 - 60 minute session
$108 - 1.5 hour session

First Degree Reiki Attunement
Ritual

If you would like to be able to provide reiki to yourself as a self healing tool, this is the course for you.

You will be provided a reiki attunement which clears the bodies channels allowing energy to flow freely connecting and tuning you, the healer, to the angelic light frequencies.

During this beautiful half day training:

​

  • Learn about the history and benefits of Reiki

  • Draw and visualise the first Reiki symbol

  • Know how to pronounce and spell it's name

  • Understand it's kotodama

  • Explore how to work with Reiki and clear the Chakra system

  • Learn a daily ritual that will support your personal growth as an energy healer.

  • Learn how to self heal.

  • Receive your first attunement of Reiki.

  • Be provided with a reiki manual.


The above comes at the exchange of $270 and is a 4 hour training at my home studio in Aspley.
