Women's Kundalini Meditation Circle | Heart Chakra

The heart chakra is one of the seven main energy centers in the body. It is located in the center of the chest and is associated with the color green. 

The heart chakra is thought to be the energy center that governs our ability to give and receive love. 

When the heart chakra is open and balanced, we may feel more loving, compassionate, and connected to others.

When it is out of balance, we may feel disconnected, isolated, or resentful. 

The full moon in Libra is a time of heightened emotion and energy, as the moon is at its peak of illumination in the sign of Libra, which is associated with balance, harmony, and relationships. During this time, it may be especially beneficial to focus on the heart chakra, which is associated with love, compassion, and connection. 

Kundalini Meditation can help you live your life with awareness and with purpose. The practice of kundalini allows the energy to flow through you, awakens your higher self and helps create balance. With my facilitation I create a warm and loving container of connection, belonging and renewed sense of self.     

In this circle there will be a kundalini meditation for our heart chakra and the full moon in Libra.   I will guide your body through some gentle movement, the use of breath, mantra, mudra and focus.   Then to close, you will be bathed in a reiki infused crystal sound bath and have the opportunity to share your experience with kindred spirits over tea, tarot and treats.    

Beginners to meditation and/or kundalini are encouraged to join, no prior experience required to attend.
