Women's Kundalini Meditation Circle

Kundalini yoga and meditation are believed to pull the energy at your root chakra all the way up through your crown and out of the body. This allows the energy to flow through you, awakens your higher self and helps create balance.  I will guide your body through some gentle movement, the use of breath, mantra, mudra and focus.

Then to close, you will be bathed in a reiki infused crystal sound bath and have the opportunity to share your experience with kindred spirits over tea, tarot and treats. Beginners to meditation and/or kundalini are encouraged to join, no prior experience required to attend.

Autumn Season

In these next three circles I will be focussing on kundalini meditations for the Heart, Throat and Third Eye.

Sunday March 6: Heart chakra to bring about peace, contentment, joy, love and compassion for yourself and those around you.

Sunday April 3: Throat Chakra to give you the power to help you hear and speak your truth and deliver a sense of wellbeing and grace.

Sunday May 1: Third Eye Chakra to provide wisdom and insight, as well as deepen your spiritual connection.
