Deep Rest Women's Circle

As we head into the new moon solar eclipse in Aries on the 20th. This is the perfect opportunity to recharge your batteries and go within to set new intentions for the next moon cycle.  On the back of the ram energy, my intent is to provide you with the power needed to start something new and discover your own personal courage from a deeply rested place and an open heart.  

I will be holding a Tea Ceremony so I can hold you in a deeper state of nourishment and relaxation. Will guide you through a Kundalini Meditation for the heart chakra. This meditation is particularly good if you feel your heart is closed and you wish to open it to the flow of love.  After I will be deeply nourishing and restoring your being through the following;

Restorative Yoga (Deeply nurturing series of yoga postures with the support of props to open and soothe the body)

Reiki (An ancient healing art, which uses natural healing energy through the hands of the Reiki practitioner into the body of a receiver)

Yoga Nidra (A practice of guided sleep meditation technique, using a series of body, breath and awareness)

Sound Bath (Be bathed in the vibration and sound of Crystal Sound Bowls, Ocean Drum, Rain Stick and Koshi chime)

This will be the first time I will be holding an event at Yuraba Conference Centre and all going well and dates align, I will continue to hold space here. It truly is a beautiful venue that looks over the pine river and is surrounded by bushland. Love that the proceeds of my hire fee is given to the volunteers that maintain and sustain the land.  

All props will be provided, you will just need to turn up in some comfy clothes and be ready to be deeply nourished and recharged this Sunday afternoon.
