Deep Rest Sunday Sesh

This is the gift you purchase for yourself.

Especially if you are feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, not quite yourself or just feel like you deserve some me time.

You will be putting your world on hold for just 3 hours whilst you are in my care.

After settling in, we will open the space and tune in with some gentle movement, a short kundalini meditation and some breathwork to prepare our mind, body and spirit for some deep rest.

Then I will personally set up each woman with soft blankets, blocks and bolsters into a few different restorative yoga poses to ensure complete comfort and relaxation.

Because Restorative Yoga uses long held, supported resting poses, this provides me with the perfect opportunity to provide hands on Reiki and Marma Therapy massage throughout these deeply restorative postures I will be setting you up in.

Then to close, I will provide a crystal sound bath to clear, cleanse and balance your body at a cellular level.

There will be time to connect with other like minded souls over tea, tarot and a small bite to eat before returning back to the world deeply nourished, replenished and feeling more yourself than ever.

This class is limited to a maximum of 7 beautiful women so I can ensure I can hold space and give you the experience you deserve.     

No yoga or meditation experience required, just yourself in your comfiest of clothes.

Everything else will be looked after by me.
